产品说明书

96孔板的测定方案
1.将Signal Guard 磷酸酶反应停止溶液温热至室温。
2.在所需的停止时间点,在每个微孔板孔中每200μL体积加入50μL的Signal Guard 磷酸酶反应终止溶液。
注意:对于其他反应体积,按比例调整Signal Guard 磷酸酶反应终止溶液的添加(例如,向25μL反应体积中加入5μL)。信号应保持稳定至少18小时。
