染料修饰的脱氧腺苷5′-三磷酸酯广泛用于各种非放射性DNA标记反应,包括切口平移,随机引物标记,cDNA标记和3′-末端标记。 Cy5-dATP可用于通过常规酶促掺入方法(例如逆转录,缺口翻译,随机引物标记或PCR)产生含Cy5的DNA。这种酶促荧光标记方法广泛用于FISH探针和基于微阵列的实验。此Cy5-dATP缀合物可与SpectrumFRed 滤波片组一起用作红色荧光色(SpectrumFRed 是Vysis的商标)。它在功能上等同于Cy5-dATP(珀金·埃尔默(Perkin Elmer)的NEL593001EA),稳定性大大提高。
