产品介绍
台盼蓝,重氮染料是一种重要的染色剂,可以将死组织或细胞染成蓝色。具有完整细胞膜的活细胞或组织不着色。由于细胞在通过膜的化合物中具有很高的选择性,因此在活细胞中,台盼蓝不被吸收; 然而,它穿过死细胞中的膜。因此,死细胞在显微镜下显示为独特的蓝色。台盼蓝通常用于显微镜检查(用于细胞计数)和实验室小鼠用于评估组织活力。该方法不能区分坏死细胞和凋亡细胞。观察真菌和Stramenopiles的排泄物也很有用。
