产品介绍

我们的iFluor 790旨在通过近红外荧光标记蛋白质和其他生物分子。用iFluor 790制备的缀合物具有与吲哚菁绿(ICG)和IRDye®800染料相似的激发和发射光谱,最大激发/发射光谱为783/814 nm。 iFluor 790染料的发射与常用的远红色荧光团(例如Cy5,Cy7或别藻蓝蛋白(APC))分离良好,从而促进了多色分析。该荧光团还可用于小型动物体内成像应用或需要近红外检测的其他成像应用,例如使用LI-COR®Odyssey®红外成像系统的双色应用。
