产品介绍
钙离子荧光探针Quin-2, AM是美国AAT Bioquest生产的钙离子荧光探针,Quin-2与钙紧密结合,与钙螯合剂EGTA类似,与钙的结合能力比镁更紧密。钙的结合会导致紫外线吸收和荧光发生很大变化。钙结合时引起荧光的光的波长比不结合时引起荧光的光的波长长。当在两个不同的波长下激发时,在两个波长下的荧光强度之比即为与游离钙结合的浓度之比。可以精确测量游离Quin-2的浓度,因此可以精确计算出游离钙的浓度。可以将Quin-2注射到细胞中以测量细胞内钙浓度的瞬时变化。Quin-2 AM对细胞具有渗透性,并用于研究活细胞。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的钙离子荧光探针Quin-2, AM。
