Cholyl-iFluor™647缀合物是我们绿色荧光Cholyl-Lys-Fluorescein(#36701)的红色荧光类似物。它是iFluor™647标记的胆汁酸衍生物,与胆酸衍生物的细胞结合和摄取特性极为相似。它是一种二价的“单极性”阴离子荧光一羟基胆汁盐类似物,其物理,生物学和胆汁抑制特性与石胆酸盐,乙醇胆酸及其衍生物相似,因此是研究单羟基胆汁盐引起的胆汁淤积的机制的优质探针。
