新型钙离子荧光探针Calbryte-520XL葡聚糖是美国AAT Bioquest生产的钙离子荧光探针,Calbryte 520XL右旋糖酐是一种新型荧光且细胞不渗透的钙指示剂,具有极低的亲和力。它的Kd约为500 uM,与著名的Rhod 5N相似,但比Rhod-5N稳定得多。Calbryte 520XL在高浓度钙离子存在下产生明亮的荧光信号。它具有与Fluo-4相同的激发和发射波长,因此相同的Fluo-4测定设置可轻松应用于基于Calbryte 520XL的钙测定。Calbryte 520XL是Rhod-5N的绝佳替代品。我们还提供Calbryte 520XL,AM(#20646),钾盐(#20645)和Calbryte 520XL叠氮化物(#20643),它们可以通过众所周知的点击化学轻松地偶联到载体上。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的新型钙离子荧光探针Calbryte-520XL葡聚糖。
