钙黄绿素深红是美国AAT Bioquest生产的钙指示剂,钙黄绿素AM是最流行的荧光探针之一,用于标记和监测活细胞的细胞功能。但是,钙黄绿素AM的单色使得无法在多色应用中使用这种有价值的试剂。例如,由于与GFP相同的颜色,不可能在GFP转染的细胞中使用钙黄绿素AM。为了解决钙黄绿素AM的颜色限制,我们开发了钙黄绿橙等一系列产品。这些新的Calcein AM类似物与Calcein AM结合使用,可以对活细胞进行多色标记和功能分析。钙黄绿素深红TM是钙黄绿素深红 乙酸酯在细胞中的酯酶水解产物。钙黄绿素Deep Red 染料可以使用通用的Cy5滤波片进行检测。它用作Calcein Deep Red 乙酸酯的荧光参考标准。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的钙黄绿素深红。
