Alpha Fluor 350马来酰亚胺与AlexaFluor®350马来酰亚胺的分子相同（AlexaFluor®是ThermoFisher的商标）。 它是一种蓝色荧光染料，最适合与350 nm紫外激光一起使用。 Alpha Fluor 350染料是水溶性的，pH值不敏感，pH值为4至10。Alpha Fluor 350的马来酰亚胺是最方便的硫醇反应形式，用于将该染料与蛋白质或抗体结合。
